Each individual nutrition program is over 50 pages full of information and includes an analysis of your current condition and compares it with where you should be. Also includes suggested menu plans, activity guides, motivational materials, sports specific training program, detailed nutrition educational book, and enables you to design your own nutrition plan. Our service covers six months of consultations to help you meet your goals, stay on track, to educate you, and to keep you on the road to health for life.

The fee for a private consultation is $95 dollars per hour. A basic customized program includes six months of consultaion services and is $900. (Only $150 a month.)
